Kelseyville is in Lake County, California an area known for pears and wineries. The first Kelseyville Pear Festival took place in 1993. The first vineyards were planted in the 1800s.<\/p>\n<p>This year the Pear Festival includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Third Annual Horse Faire<\/li>\n<li>Parade<\/li>\n<li>Dessert Contest<\/li>\n<li>Restaurant Pearing<\/li>\n<li>Quilt Show<\/li>\n<li>Fine Arts Show<\/li>\n<li>Arts and Crafts<\/li>\n<li>Music<\/li>\n<li>Food<\/li>\n<li>Antique Tractors and Unique Engine Exhibit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you can stay in the area longer, then be sure to check out some of the Lake County wineries. We have visited Lake County wineries three times with our last visit a few days ago.
