One of the wineries we visited was Rendez-vous Winery. While visiting Rendez-vous in the renovated brick sugar mill building we picked up several recipe ideas with permission to post. Below are three cocktail recipes. The first recipe uses a bottle of Champagne or Prosseco.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<br \/>\nKathy<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Balsamic Cocktail Raspberry Peach Belini<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco<br \/>\n\u00bd lb Raspberries<br \/>\n1 T Sugar<br \/>\nHeavy dash (up to \u00bc c) White Peach Balsamic<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.Muddle balsamic, sugar and raspberries.<br \/>\n2. Pour small amount in bottom of Champagne flute, top with Champagne.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Balsamic Cocktail Strawberry Balsamic Daiquiri<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c ice<br \/>\n\u00bd c sliced strawberries<br \/>\n4 T Light Rum<br \/>\n\u00bd t Strawberry Balsamic<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Blend all ingredients with a blender and serve in a sugar rimmed glass and garnish with basil.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Balsamic Cocktail Berry Smash<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd oz Tequila<br \/>\n\u00bd c blackberries<br \/>\n\u00be oz cherry balsamic reduction<br \/>\n2 oz lemonade<br \/>\n1 oz soda water<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Muddle (crush) tequila and berries.<br \/>\n2. Add ice, reduction, lemonade and shake.<br \/>\n3.
