What should I open on this day that celebrates Zinfandel? I have a choice between a 1999 Turley, 2011 Oak Ridge or 2010 Don Angel? I received a tweet that suggested I open all three. Unfortunately, Kathy and I would not drink all three of them and I wouldn\u2019t want to waste any, especially if I like it. I could open them in chronological order and stop if I opened one I really like. On the other hand I could open them all and cook with them. I checked the Wine Trail Traveler site for recipes that use Zinfandel as an ingredient.
