Take a look at the five St. Patty\u2019s Day cocktail recipes below. These cocktail recipes are from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eastsidedistilling.com\">Eastside Distilling<\/a> in Portland, Oregon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022\u00a0 Emerald Elixir:<\/b>\u00a0Who says you need a thick and heavy Guinness to raise a glass to St. Patrick? Why not something light, green and refreshing to attract the luck of the Irish?<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bc oz. Portland Potato Vodka<br \/>\n\u00bd oz. Midori<br \/>\nLemonade<br \/>\nSoda water<\/p>\n<p>In a tumbler over ice add Portland Potato Vodka and Midori. Fill to the top with half lemonade and half soda water.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022 Dropkick Murphy Coffee:<\/b> Inspired from the popular Celtic punk band, this feisty coffee has the buzz and kick many enjoy in kicking off an extended night of celebration.<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd oz. Burnside Bourbon<br \/>\n\u00bd oz. Below Deck Coffee Rum<br \/>\n2 tsp. vanilla simple syrup<br \/>\nCoffee<br \/>\nWhip Cream<br \/>\nGround cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>In a coffee glass add Burnside Bourbon, Coffee Rum, and vanilla simple syrup. Fill glass with coffee leaving about 1\/4 room. Top with whip cream and then a few dashes of ground cinnamon. You can garnish with lucky clovers!<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022\u00a0 Blarney Stone Kiss:<\/b> A popular attraction in Ireland, the Blarney Stone gives those who kiss it \u2013 which requires an acrobatic, back-bending approach \u2013 the gift of the gab. The following shooter gives you the same \u2026<\/p>\n<p>1 oz. Burnside Bourbon<br \/>\n\u00bd oz. Cherry Bomb<br \/>\n2 tsp. lime juice<br \/>\nLime wedge<\/p>\n<p>Add all ingredients to a shaker, chill hard, and serve in a shot glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Since most people won&#8217;t be able to kiss the Blarney Stone on St. Patrick&#8217;s day, make sure to take this shot and then \u201ckiss\u201d (bite) the lime wedge after.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022\u00a0 Adult Shamrock Shake:<\/b> Many of us have fond memories as a child enjoying the McDonald\u2019s Shamrock shake on St. Patty\u2019s Day. Consider an adult version.<\/p>\n<p>1.5 oz. Portland Potato Vodka<br \/>\n1 oz. Peppermint Bark Liqueur<br \/>\n.5 oz. Irish Cream<br \/>\n\u00bd scoop vanilla ice cream<br \/>\n1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream<\/p>\n<p>Add all ingredients in a blender a cup of ice. Blend for 10 seconds and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022\u00a0 Irish Mule:<\/b> There\u2019s a Moscow mule, made with vodka, and a Mexican mule, made with Tequila \u2013 now, here\u2019s an Irish take \u2026<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bc oz. Burnside Bourbon<br \/>\n2 tsp. mint simple syrup<br \/>\nGinger beer<br \/>\nLime juice<br \/>\nMint leaves<\/p>\n<p>In a tumbler over ice add Burnside Bourbon, mint simple syrup, a splash of lime juice, then fill with ginger beer.
