When you have the opportunity visit the winery and be sure of a warm welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the Wine Trail Traveler <a href=\"http:\/\/winetrailtraveler.com\/pennsylvania\/shademountain.php\">article<\/a> about our experience at the winery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Plum Chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3 chicken breasts<br \/>\n1\/3 c Shade\u00a0 Mountain Plum Wine<br \/>\n1\/4 c soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 c salad oil or olive oil<br \/>\n2 T water<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<br \/>\n1 t ginger<br \/>\n1 T brown sugar<br \/>\nSliced fresh mushrooms or 1 1\/4 oz jar sliced mushrooms<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine wine with soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and brown sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Pour wine mixture over top.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake at 375 about 1 1\/2 hours until chicken is tender.
