However, we remember our delightful visit to Wollersheim Winery, where we were warmly welcomed to a winery tasting room with a long history. Enjoy the Wollersheim recipe below that uses White Riesling or River Gold Wine. Pour the sauce into the fondue pot and keep at lowest heat.
