The festival features music, sports including running, fishing competitions and biking.<\/p>\n<p>A wide range of music performances will provide entertainment including: Hard Working Americans, Mandolin Orange, Whiskey Shivers, The Bluegrass Sweethearts, Urban Pioneers, Jeff Austin Band and many more.<\/p>\n<p>The cycling events include a 62 and 25 mile route. The registration fees for the cycling events will go to the non-profit <a href=\"https:\/\/dream-bikes.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DreamBikes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of tickets are available. Check the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sugarlandsmtnfest.com\/tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ticket page<\/a> to see what is offered.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sugarlandsmtnfest.com\/whiskey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TN Whiskey Experience<\/a>, a part of the Sugarland Mountainfest, takes place on September 28 from 7 to 10pm. This event will offer Whiskey Conversations with Tennessee distillers and samples of Tennessee\u2019s spirits.<\/p>\n<p>Also be sure to check out the website for Sugarlands Distilling Company which showcases the numerous types of moonshine as well as the whiskey they are producing. The distilling website also offers numerous cocktail recipes. For example:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Silverita<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredients<\/i><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2oz Silver Cloud Moonshine<br \/>\n1 1\/2 oz triple sec<br \/>\n1 oz fresh lime juice<br \/>\nKosher salt<\/p>\n<p><i>Directions<\/i><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rim edge of rocks or cocktail glass with a wedge of lime and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Shake Silver Cloud, triple sec and lime juice with ice and strain into glass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While planning to visit the festival, be sure to add\u00a0extra time to enjoy the\u00a0Smoky Mountains especially the\u00a0Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
