At the end of the recipe serving suggestions include using the artichokes as a pizza topping, topping on pasta or as a first course. The recipe is from Ocean Mist Farms.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For those not familiar with preparing artichokes, the recipe includes a link to \u201cHow to Prepare an Artichoke.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<br \/>\nKathy<\/p>\n<p><b>Braised Baby Artichokes Tuscan Style &#8211; Instant Pot<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Serves: 4<br \/>\nPrep Time: 5 min.<br \/>\nCook Time: 6 &#8211; 8 min.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>9 Ocean Mist Farms baby artichokes, rinsed &amp; trimmed<br \/>\n\u00bd cup dry white wine<br \/>\nJuice from one lemon<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic salt<br \/>\n\u00bc cup olive oil<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n\u00bd cup finely grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hubfs\/2445764\/docs\/Prepare_Artichoke.pdf?t=1533831890180\"><b>HOW TO PREPARE AN ARTICHOKE\u00a0&gt;<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>With a sharp knife, cut baby artichokes lengthwise into 4 slices each.<\/li>\n<li>On the Instant Pot\u2122, select \u201cSaute\u201d setting &#8211; medium &#8211; keep warm OFF &#8211; 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Once screen reads HOT, add oil, artichokes, and garlic. Gently stir.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine, lemon juice, water, and garlic salt. Gently stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Secure lid on the Instant Pot\u2122.
