It sounds as though this cold spell will last a while. I keep remembering the wonderful weather in Temecula when we were there about a year ago. With the cold permeating much of the continental US perhaps today is the day to make a big bowl of chili. The spicy aromas will fill the house and the chili will fill the empty stomachs and warm the body. Serve it with corn chips, crackers or home baked bread.<\/p>\n<p>If you are looking for a chili recipe that uses wine, then check out the two chili recipes on Wine Trail Traveler.\u00a0 Both recipes are from Barrington Cellars in New York and both recipes are quite different. <a href=\"http:\/\/winetrailtraveler.com\/recipes\/entree13.php\">Barrington Cellars Cincinnati Chil<\/a>i calls for Baco Noir and the other recipe is <a href=\"http:\/\/winetrailtraveler.com\/recipes\/entree14.php\">Barrington Cellars DeChaunac Chili<\/a>. If you don\u2019t have the wine called for use your creativity and try another wine. Aren\u2019t the best cooks those who are creative?<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy the cold weather, add some ambiance to your day with glowing candles, and if you have a wood burning stove be sure to use it!<\/p>\n<p>Cheers!
