You can read a review of the winery at http:\/\/winetrailtraveler.com\/michigan\/chateaugrandtraverse.php.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category: Dessert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Title: Late Harvest Cake<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>18 oz yellow cake mix (without pudding)<br \/>\n1 pkg vanilla pudding<br \/>\n1\/2 c water<br \/>\n1 c Chateau Grand Traverse Late Harvest Riesling<br \/>\n1\/2 c vegetable oil<br \/>\n4 eggs<br \/>\n1\/2 c pecans, chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 lb butter<br \/>\n1 c sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 c water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Line bottom of a greased 10&#8243; tube pan with chopped pecans.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blend cake mix, pudding, water, 1\/2 c of wine, oil and eggs with mixer and pour into pecan-lined tube pan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bake at 325\u00b0 F for 50-60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Mix and boil for three minutes: butter, sugar and 1\/4 c water.<\/p>\n<p>2. Remove from heat and add remaining 1\/2 c of wine.<\/p>\n<p>3.
