Kathy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title: Shish Kabob<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\"><span style=\"font-family: Times; line-height: normal; font-size: small;\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"style3\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"style3\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">2 lbs. lean lamb or beef, cut in 2&#8243; cubes, marinated in 1\/2 cup of olive oil and 1\/3 cup\u00a0of Cottonwood Cellars Reserve Merlot with 1\/4 tsp. each rosemary &amp; thyme for\u00a0an hour.<br \/>\n1 large onion, cut in 2&#8243; cubes.<br \/>\n1\/8 t cinnamon<br \/>\n1 green pepper, cut in 2&#8243; cubes<br \/>\n1 red pepper, cut in 2&#8243; cubes<br \/>\n6 medium mushrooms<br \/>\nsalt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p class=\"style3\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;\">Directions<\/p>\n<p class=\"style3\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">1. Drain meat and sprinkle with seasonings.<br \/>\n2. Skewer, alternating meat with vegetables.<br \/>\n3. Grill over barbecue until desired tenderness.<br \/>\n4.
