Kathy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Port Wine Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c sugar<br \/>\n1T cornstarch<br \/>\n1 c Galleano Port<br \/>\n1 t lemon juice<br \/>\n2 t grated orange rind<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix      sugar and cornstarch, add to Port in saucepan on medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Stir      frequently until thickened and clear, about 5-10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add      lemon juice and orange rind.<\/li>\n<li>Taste,      more sugar can be added to taste, remember to cook for another few minutes      if added.<\/li>\n<li>Chill.<\/li>\n<li>Pour      over ice cream, cheesecake or pound cake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note: you can substitute any sweet wine in this recipe.<\/p>\n<p>Recipe provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galleanowinery.com\/\">Galleano Winery<\/a>, California<\/p>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"owbutton\" src=\"http:\/\/www.onlywire.com\/button\" title=\"Port Wine Sauce Recipe\" url=\"http:\/\/winetrailtraveler.com\/blog\/?p=2921\"><\/script>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Need something to make that dish of ice cream special?
