Kathy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken Artichoke Soup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd lb English Cheddar<br \/>\n1 lb chicken breast, cooked and\u00a0chopped<br \/>\n8 oz artichoke heart wedges<br \/>\n1 qt heavy whipping cream<br \/>\n\u00bd qt chicken stock<br \/>\n1 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1 t granulated garlic<br \/>\n1 t white pepper<br \/>\n1 T basil<br \/>\n\u00bd c Chardonnay<br \/>\n1 \u00bd c roux<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Combine cream, chicken stock, Chardonnay, salt, white pepper, garlic, and basil. Heat to a boil.<br \/>\n2. Just before the mixture boils, add half of the roux.<br \/>\n3. Once boiling, add more roux, until the desired consistency is reached.<br \/>\n4. Now, add the chicken breast, artichokes, and cheese.<br \/>\n5.
