This cheese is specially made for Laurello\u2019s tasting room. The Gouda is aged in Chambourcin grape must. According to the email I received from Laurello Vineyards, \u201cThe must adds a nice woody grape flavor to the\u00a0cheese. It is creamy with a trace of sweetness.\u201d Be sure to check out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laurellovineyards.com\/\">Laurello Vineyard\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This weekend Laurello\u2019s special pizza has an array of toppings including sausage, pepperoni, peppers, and different cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>The Laurello tasting room is continuing it\u2019s weekly Thursday pasta dinners for \u201cWine for the Cure\u201d until May 12. Also, raffle tickets are still available for a large basket of goodies including wines, cheese board set, a Kindle and much more.
