Kathy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Blanquette of Oregon Dungeness Crab<\/p>\n<p>Serves 4 as an appetizer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 lb Dungeness Crab Meat, picked clean of any shells<\/p>\n<p>1 stalk celery, minced fine<\/p>\n<p>1 small shallot, minced fine<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd c Stoller Estate Exclusive Riesling<\/p>\n<p>1 c heavy cream<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd t white pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd t curry powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd t cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>zest of \u00bc lemon<\/p>\n<p>salt to Taste<\/p>\n<p>2 T minced chives<\/p>\n<p>10-20 toast points<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Place crab in clean dish towel and squeeze excess water out, then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>2. Place shallots, celery and wine in small sauce pan and reduce until almost dry.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add cream to sauce pan and cook over low-medium heat until thick and bubbly (15 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>4. Season with salt, curry, white pepper and lemon zest.<\/p>\n<p>5. Add Dungeness crab and heat through.<\/p>\n<p>6.
