Kathy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Chicken Cacciatore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 onion (sliced)<br \/>\n1 c green bell pepper (cored, sliced)<br \/>\n\u00be c mushrooms (crimini or button, sliced)<br \/>\n3 medium cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n3 T olive oil<br \/>\n2 14-ounce cans whole stewed tomatoes<br \/>\n2 t oregano (crumbled)<br \/>\n2 t salt<br \/>\n\u00bd\u00a0\u00a0t pepper (or to taste)<br \/>\n1 bay leaf<br \/>\n1 chicken, whole (cut up in pieces)<br \/>\n\u00be c dry red wine<br \/>\n1 14-ounce can whole black or green olives<br \/>\nCrumbled feta cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat      olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Coat chicken with a light      dusting of flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on all sides in hot oil,      about 10 minutes. Remove chicken and drain off excess grease, leaving a      tablespoon or two.<\/li>\n<li>Add      onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and minced garlic to hot skillet; saut\u00e9      until onion is tender.<\/li>\n<li>Stir      in tomatoes, wine, oregano, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
