The two-day annual festival in Knoxville helps with scholarships and gives work experience to students who are studying Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, October 21, ticket holders can enjoy\u00a0 food, wine and beer educational sessions. Friday will also have interactive kids culinary classes and demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday has an array of activities including more education sessions, a gala dinner, kids culinary classes, more than 100 Tennessee wine and food booths including samples, and the sharing of recipes by regional and international chefs.
