The dark ruby red wine paired well with tomato-based pasta. A hint of licorice was noticeable. Other attributes included fruit notes and tannins.<\/p>\n<p>McNab Ridge Winery is located in Mendocino County, California. Mendocino County is frequently referred to as the world\u2019s greenest region. McNab Ridge Winery is in Ukiah while the tasting room is in Hopland, CA. \u00a0The winery has four categories of wine: McNab Ridge, McNab Ridge Family Reserve, Zellerbach and Fun Bunch.
