Long Island\u2019s North Fork Craft Beer BBQ & Wine Festival<\/span><\/a><\/span>, a charity event, takes place August 11, 2012. This event is also known as Long Island\u2019s Premier Festival.<\/p>\n Current wineries to be involved are Palmer Vineyards, Osprey\u2019s Dominion Vineyards and Peconic Bay Winery. More than 50 breweries are scheduled. Some of these include Brooklyn Brewery, Black Forest Brew Haus, Peak Organic Brewing Company, and Dundee Ales & Lagers. At least five cider makers will be in attendance with their hard ciders. Look for Magners Irish Cider, Woodchuck Draft Cider, Angry Orchard Hard Cider, McKenzie\u2019s Hard Cider and Doc\u2019s Draft Hard Ciders.<\/p>\n Ticket admissions<\/a> include a choice of a BBQ sandwich and one side. Other items will be available for purchase. Ticket holders can choose one North Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken Chili, Alabama Style BBQ Pulled Chicken or Vegetarian Beans. Also included is one side from the following list: Smoked Beans, Herb Crushed Potato or Cole Slaw.
