The wine, Ameritage 2007 has aged well and offered a full body with dark fruit notes. The wine was produced with five grape varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec and Merlot.<\/p>\n<p>Pearmund Cellars in Northern Virginia is not far from the nation\u2019s capital. Wine enthusiasts from the District of Columbia and Virginia have easy access to a wonderful winery. Visit the winery and enjoy the ambiance of the lovely patio with views of the vineyards.<\/p>\n<p>If you are fortunate you may meet Chris Pearmund, a wine connoisseur and supporter of the local wine industry.<\/p>\n<p>Pearmund Cellars is the sister winery of Vint Hill Craft Winery where wine enthusiasts can produce their own barrel of wine with professional equipment and a winemaker.
