The conference is scheduled for March 28 and March 29, 2014. The conference is geared toward travel agents, wineries, restaurants, bloggers, writers and more.<\/p>\n<p>The conference takes place at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel that has seen 100 years of history. A number of renowned people have stayed at the hotel including John Steinbeck, Jean Paul Sartre and Margaret Thatcher.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia wine has a long history that has been traced back to 6<sup>th<\/sup> century BC. When visiting Tbilisi, I am looking forward to learning about and tasting some of the Georgian grape varieties and seeing some of the historic winemaking equipment.
