The states and the District of Columbia are graded from A+ to F.<\/p>\n<p>The study addressed six consumer wine issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winery Shipping<\/li>\n<li>No State Monopoly on Wine Sales<\/li>\n<li>Retailer Shipping<\/li>\n<li>Sunday Wine Sales<\/li>\n<li>Bringing Wine Into Restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Wine Sales in Grocery Stores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The \u00a0wine friendly states with the top scores include: California, District of Columbia, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oregon, Virginia, Louisiana, and Nevada.<\/p>\n<p>Those states receiving an F include: Alabama, Colorado, Indiana, South Dakota, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah.<\/p>\n<p>Wondering how your state scored?
