Sangria already bottled is quick and easy for a picnic (make sure you have a corkscrew handy.) Several wineries offer recipes for making Sangria. If you have time you may want to create your own special Sangria.<\/p>\n<p>Below are four easy recipes from wineries in Colorado, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Hope everyone has a wonderful Labor Day weekend!<\/p>\n<p>Cheers!<\/p>\n<p>Kathy<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Narmada\u2019s Midnight Sangria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 bottles of Midnight Wine (This Narmada Winery wine is produced with Chambourcin and is off-dry.)<br \/>\n1 c of frozen orange juice<br \/>\n4 cans of Sprite soda<br \/>\n\u00bc c of sugar<br \/>\nFruit \u2013 oranges, lemons, strawberries<br \/>\nMint leaves<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Mix and Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Recipe provided by <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.narmadawinery.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Narmada Winery<\/span><\/a><\/span>, Amissville, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pickering Winery Sangria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 bottle of Marchael Foch<br \/>\n1\/2 lemon sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 orange sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 apple sliced<br \/>\n1\/4 c sugar<br \/>\n2 shots Gin<br \/>\n16 oz Ginger Ale<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Mix wine, sugar, gin and ginger ale until sugar is dissolved<br \/>\n2. Add fruit<br \/>\n3. Chill<\/p>\n<p>Recipe provided by <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pickeringwinery.com\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Pickering Winery<\/span><\/a><\/span>, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sangria (Carlson Vineyards)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 bottle Carlson Vineyards Laughing Cat Sweet Baby Red <em>Note: this is a sweet wine blend made from mostly Merlot.<\/em><br \/>\n1 c orange juice<br \/>\n1\/4 c juice from one lime<br \/>\n1\/4 c juice from one lemon<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Pour all ingredients into a picture.<br \/>\n2. Add ice and slices of lemon, lime and orange.<\/p>\n<p>Recipe provided by <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsonvineyards.com\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Carlson Vineyards<\/span><\/a><\/span>, Palisade, Colorado.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Savoy-Lee Sangria<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 bottle of Savoy-Lee Johnson Mountain Picnic Blush Wine or dry fruity ros\u00e9<br \/>\n1 lemon, cut into wedges<br \/>\n1 orange, cut into wedges<br \/>\n1 lime, cut into wedges<br \/>\n2 T sugar<br \/>\n1 small can of diced pineapple (with juice)<br \/>\n1 small container of sliced, sweetened frozen strawberries (thawed)<br \/>\n2-4 c of ginger ale (preference)<\/p>\n<p><em>Notes<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Pour Savoy-Lee Johnson Mountain Picnic Blush Wine in a pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine.<br \/>\n2. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds) and pineapple then add sugar.<br \/>\n3. Mix well.<br \/>\n4. Chill overnight.<br \/>\n5. Add strawberries and ginger ale just before serving.<br \/>\n6.
