This two-day itinerary includes four wineries. There is also a stop at a cooperage where you can watch the facinating method of creating wine barrels. Another non-winery stop is COPIA: The American Center for Wine Food and the Arts. You will need several hours for COPIA. There are tours, wine flights, museum exhibits, demonstrations and films. Call ahead to make reservations at the wineries.
