The suite has recently been remodeled. It has a full kitchen and dining area with table and chairs. A full bath and bedroom with queen sized bed makes this a perfect getaway. The laundry room is a nice extra not found in traditional hotel rooms. The sitting room features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating. A private deck that overlooks the Big Thompson River provides photo opportunities. There is parking for one vehicle. The suite is in a perfect location only 1/2 block from downtown Estes Park and 15 minutes driving time to Rocky Mountain National Park. You will enjoy the privacy bounded by the river on one side and a mountain on the other.
