Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
2 small onions, minced
1 large green pepper, minced
½ t salt
½ c soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
¼ t pepper
1/2 c Duplin Christmas wine
1 c Muscadine Barbeque Sauce
1 t soy sauce
Sauce Ingredients
1 T Duplin Christmas wine
1 c Muscadine Barbeque Sauce
1 c honey
Dash of garlic salt
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients, shape in ½ inch balls.
2.
Fry in lightly greased skillet until brown, shaking pan often.
Makes about 3 dozen.
Sauce Directions
1. In large saucepan, simmer all sauce ingredients.

Add meatballs, simmer for 20 minutes, covered – stirring occasionally.
