Title: Mojito Royale

Ingredients

2 oz. white rum
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime
2 sprigs of mint
2-4 oz. Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die

Note: the Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die is a slightly sweet sparkling wine. It is a blend of Muscat and Clairette. This low alcohol, 7%, wine is ideal as an aperitif or used as a base for a cocktail.

 

 

Directions

1. In a shaker add a few leaves from one of the sprigs of mint and set the other aside.

2. Add the lime juice, some crushed ice and muddle together.

3. Add rum and more crushed ice, shake and transfer to a tall glass.

4. Top is off with Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die and garnish with a sprig of mint.
