Title: French Spritz

Ingredients

1 oz Campari
2-4 oz. Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die
1 slice of orange

Note: the Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die is a slightly sweet sparkling wine. It is a blend of Muscat and Clairette. This low alcohol, 7%, wine is ideal as an aperitif or used as a base for a cocktail.

 

 

Directions

1. In a large wine glass filled with ice add 1 oz. of Campari and top off with Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die.

2. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
