Ingredients
½ c. flour
1 t. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
½ c milk
¼ c late harvest reisling
2 T. melted butter
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients well and let rest at least 1 hour up to 3 days.

Cook crepes like any other, I like to fill them with a little lemon fromage and top them with spiced fruit compote that is made with our brandies.
