Easy Fish Entrée
Ingredients
1 lb fish fillets (use snapper,
tilapia or Atlantic cod)
2 T butter
¼ c White Hall Chardonnay
3 T chopped green onion
Directions
1.Melt butter in skillet and sauté green
onion.
2.
Add wine and fish.
3.
Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
4.
Turn fish and simmer 3 to 4 minutes longer adding a splash of wine if pan is
drying out.
5.
Serve fish with pan juices.
6.
Serve rest of Chardonnay with
the meal.
