Flank Steak

Ingredients

One Flank Steak
¼ cup Vin de Sol (or a good quality dry Sherry)
¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbs. Honey (one each side)

Directions

1. With above marinade, marinate steak for two days (turn steak over second day).
2. Discard marinade and broil each side 5 – 8 minutes (depending on preference).
3. Let rest 5 minutes.
4. Cut diagonally.
