Blend
80% Cabernet Sauvignon
20% Tanat
The Cabernet Sauvignon, from California, was fermented at Vint Hill Craft Winery in Virginia. It was racked to a glass carboy where it had oak sprials added during the winter.The Tannat was made at the Winery at Lagrange also in Virginia with grapes grown in the state.
I created the blend after a blending tasting. Several family members offered comments about the different bloend possibilities.
