Title: Chumeia's Merlot Sangria
4 c of Chumeia Vineyards Merlot
2/3 c Orange juice (freshly squeeze is preferred)
1/4 c Lime juice
1/2 c Caster sugar (Baker's sugar or superfine sugar)
2 Limes, sliced, to serve
Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes half way. Pour in the wine and orange and lime juices. Next add sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Pour into your favorite glass and float the lime slice.
