Title: Marinated Chicken Breasts


1 c Chesapeake Chardonnay
2 T Salad oil
2 T Parsley, chopped
2 T Green onions, chopped
1 t  Salt
½ t Paprika
4 to 6  Chicken breasts


  1. In 13”x9” baking dish mix all ingredients other than chicken. 
  2. Add chicken making sure to coat it well with mixture. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours. 
  4. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. 
  5. Bake 25 minutes, occasionally basting. 
  6. Turn and bake for another 25 minutes or until tender.  Serve marinade over breasts.

Serves 4 to 6
