Title: Crimson Slaw
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
6 T olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T red wine
2 T sugar
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t ground mustard
1 (6 oz) pkg sweetened, dried cranberries
1. Mix cabbage and onion in large mixing bowl.
2. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour over cabbage mixture, add the dried cranberries and mix thoroughly.
4. Marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour.
