Title: Tomasello Blueberry Wine Vinaigrette
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 shallot Minced
1/32 c sugar
¼ c cider vinegar
1 c Canola oil
½ c Tomasello Blueberry Wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine mustard, shallot and sugar until well incorporated, whisk in half the oil until mixture thickens then whisk in cider vinegar.
2. Finish whisking in remaining oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Whisk in Tomasello Blueberry Wine.
4. Toss with baby mixed greens, garnish with dried blueberry and slivered almonds.
