Title: St. Julian Red Wine Dressing
Ingredients
4 oz olive oil
1 oz St. Julian Wine Vinegar
2 oz St. J Red Wine
½ t mustard
1 t salt
¾ t Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of basil
1pinch of tarragon
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 t sugar
fresh ground pepper
Directions
1. In earthenware bowl, blend all ingredients.
2. Stir until well blend.
3. Set bowl in ice to chill.
4. Serve on your favorite greens!
