Story: The Sultan gave his new wife eggplant and olive oil. She did not know how to cook. She used all the olive oil to cook the eggplant. He liked it and she told him she used all the eggplant and all the olive oil. The Sultan fainted but no one knows if he fainted because it was so good or because his wife had used all of the expensive olive oil.
Ingredients
Eggplant
Olive Oil
Lots of onions
Garlic
Parsley
1 cup wine
Directions
1. Toss all the ingredients.
2. Place in baking dish.
3. Bake in oven
4. Turn off the oven and leave it in the oven.
5. You want the eggplant to absorb the ingredients.
