2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
These tasting notes are at the time of bottling. The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Atlas Peak AVA, Napa Valley was 14% alcohol. The dark ruby colored wine offered aromas and flavors of leather, blackberries, cassis and black raspberries. The full-bodied wine was dry with medium acid. The tannins were between medium and medium-high. Fruit lingered on the aftertaste.
Production and bottling took place at Tin Lizzie Wineworks in Clarksville, Maryland.
