Are you planning to attend the Zinfandel Festival?

Fans of Zinfandel may want to attend the Zinfandel Festival in San Francisco at the end of January. This festival will be held from January 27-29.

Highlights of the Zinfandel Festival which is celebrating 20 years of Zinspiration include Nadia G from the Cooking Channel’s Bitchin’ Kitchen. On Thursday at the “Good Eats and Zinfandel Pairing” event 50 wineries and 50 restaurants will provide pairings with chefs explaining the versatility of Zinfandel. Other events during the festival will include “Flights! Advancing a Legacy: The Zinfandel Chronicles,” “Evening with the Winemakers” and the” Grand Zinfandel Tasting & Silent Auction.”

The Festival’s designated charity is the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association that will receive a portion of the ticket sales and auction.
