Yesterday while visiting a Tennessee winery near Nashville, we chanced to meet a couple from Illinois. They were enjoying their visit. Asked about the 100 wineries in Illinois, they said they had not been to any of them. They were having such an enjoyable time at Long Hollow Winery & Vineyards, they are sure to start visiting local wineries when they go back home. (Long Hollow is owned and operated by Stu Phillips. a member of the Grand Ole Opry.)
