Pearmund Cellars in Virginia celebrating Super Bowl with a Wine Bowl

A Northern Virginia winery tasting room is celebrating Super Bowl Sunday on Saturday and Sunday. Pearmund Cellars has designed a Wine Bowl for Saturday and Sunday from 10am til 6pm.  This is Red Wine Team vs. White Wine Team Super Bowl Weekend.

The winery wants you to bring a group of friends to celebrate Super Bowl Weekend. According to the winery website, “Will the red wine team or the white wine team win the wine bowl? It’s up to you. If your vote scores the winning touchdown, you win!”

Tailgating

Participants can bring their very own food snacks. The winery will also have chili, a glass of wine and crackers for $15 per person. Just think of the fun you can have in the warmth and friendliness of a tasting room compared to sitting in the cold stadium in New Jersey.

Sunday Special: Wear a Sport’s Jersey

On Sunday, February 2 guests are invited to wear their favorite sport’s jersey. They will receive a special price on one tasting or one glass of wine.

Pearmund Cellars is located in Broad Run, Virginia and therefore is easily accessible to people in the District of Columbia.

This is a great idea for those who don’t have a ticket for the game.
