Anna de Codorniu, from the D.O. Cava – Penedés region of Spain, has released a new image for their Brut Rosé Cava and it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day or any time you want to add elegance to your day.

We received a bottle of Anna’s Brut Rosé last week and decided to wait to enjoy it over the weekend. The new stylish bottle has a glimmering, opaque, light pink covering.

While pouring the sparkling wine, a large head formed on the top and was tantalizing. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend was a reddish color with an orange hue. The aroma offered hints of cranberries and strawberries. The taste was dry and crisp with notes of  cherries and cranberries. The sparkling wine offered an aftertaste of strawberries. We enjoyed the wine as an apéritif.
