This year create a special dessert for your guests for celebrating Memorial Day weekend. The recipe below for Strawberry Martini with Zabaglione is from St. Francis Winery & Vineyards in Santa Rosa, California.
The winery describes this recipe as, “Strawberries with a splash of red wine syrup topped with zabaglione and crumbled amaretto cookies.” Zinfandel is the suggested wine to pair with Strawberry Martini with Zabaglione.
Since the recipe has several components, I suggest reading the entire recipe before beginning the recipe for the first time.
If you have the opportunity, visit St. Francis Winery for a delightful wine and food experience.
Cheers!
