Pearmund Cellars’ Summer Solstice Dinner

On June 18, Pearmund Cellars in Broad Run, Virginia is offering a very special dinner to celebrate the Summer Solstice. The Pearmund Cellars’ Summer Solstice dinner event begins with a reception at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:00.

Celebrate the solstice beginning with a reception of hors d’oeuvres in the winery’s onsite vineyards. The hors d’oeuvres will be matched with Pearmund’s 2013 Old Vines Chardonnay and the 2013 Petit Verdot.

The dinner menu includes:

• Summer Beet Salad w/Artichoke & Sherry Vinaigrette paired with the 2015 Petite Manseng
• Slice Beef Carpaccio with Truffle Oil drizzle paired with the 2013 Viognier
• Braised Beef Short Ribs with Rosemary Polenta and cippolini onion in natural demi paired with 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
• Trio of Chocolate Fantasia with cheesecake, panna cotta and gelato paired with the 2014 Malbec Reserve

In addition to all of these gourmet items available for $89 plus a 20% service charge, Pearmund Cellars is offering a 20% discount on wines.
