Today September 29 is National Coffee Day according to some sources. However according to the International Coffee Organization (ICO) , Saturday, October 1 is International Coffee Day.

If you enjoy your daily quota of hot coffee, consider trying this unusual liqueur we discovered produced in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We were visiting Garofalo Artisan Liqueurs this week when we had the opportunity to taste this unique coffee bean flavored liqueur.

The “Night Life” Coffee Liqueur was a translucent brown color. The taste was smooth with an aroma and taste of cacao and coffee. Coffee drinkers are likely to discover this as a delightful drink which won the Bronze medal from the American Distilling Institute at the 10th Annual Judging of Craft Spirits.
