In 2006 Paul Bonacquisti opened an urban winery in an industrial park in Denver. The idea caught on and now Bonacquisti Wine Company is joined by Verso Cellars, Cottonwood Cellars/Olathe Winery tasting room and Garfield Estate tasting room. Both Cottonwood Cellars and Garfield Estate share the same area and even share the tasting counter. Verso Cellars and Bonacquisti Wine Company have a tasting room and make wine at this urban facility. Each of the facilities are next to each other in this industrial park making it easy for wine enthusiasts to visit and taste four wineries’ wines while only walking a few feet. Parking is available in front of the wineries.
