Ascenta Foundation For Health & Education Outreach in Vancouver will be hosting a One World, One Future Fundraiser on Thursday, November 25, 2010. If you decided not to cook for Thanksgiving, travel to Vancouver to participate in this special event.

This is an opportunity to enjoy tasting wines, participating in silent auctions and enjoying live music. Proceeds will help medically under-served countries. According to the Ascenta Foundation website, “Our 2011 medical mission will take place in Northern Luzon, Philippines, an area devastated by two typhoons in September and October of 2009.”
