Mother’s Day Weekend Wine and Winery Ideas

Many people in the United States will celebrate Mother’s Day this weekend. If you haven’t made plans yet, you may want to consider purchasing a bottle of wine to enjoy with a picnic lunch or cooking a gourmet meal using wine as an ingredient in one of the recipes.  If you choose to pack a picnic lunch be sure to keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot. Wine Trail Traveler, LLC offers an array of recipes that use wine as an ingredient. You can check these recipes out at http://winetrailtraveler.com/recipes/food.php.

Another alternative is to take your Mother to a winery. Below are some suggestions of activities at wineries this weekend.
