Hershey Harrisburg Wine Country is Growing and Offers ValenWine’s Event

Last fall we had the opportunity to visit wineries that belong to Hershey Harrisburg Wine Country. Since our visit two more wineries have joined this winery organization. In addition to the previous 13 wineries, Mount Hope Estate & Winery and The Winery at Grandview. Although a bit like a wine trail, the focus of the Hershey Harrisburg Wine Country is as a destination site.
The next big event offered by Hershey Harrisburg Wine Country is the ValenWine’s Day Celebration in Wine Country scheduled for February 9 and 10. Details include wines paired with chocolates. Participants will receive a souvenir wine glass and 10 percent off wine purchases. A drawing will be held for those who visit five or more wineries over the weekend. Winner of the drawing will receive a Wine Country excursion by limousine. Tickets are available online.
